RESUMEN

OBJECTIVES: COVID-19 has brought challenges to the health of all mankind. It is particularly important to promote the construction of a 'Healthy China' and build a 'healthy community'. The aims of this study were to construct a reasonable conceptual framework for the Healthy City concept and to assess Healthy City construction in China. STUDY DESIGN: This study combined qualitative and quantitative research. METHODS: This study proposes the concept model of 'nature-human body-Healthy City' and accordingly constructs an evaluation index system for the construction of a Healthy City that integrates five dimensions, namely, the medical level, economic basis, cultural development, social services, and ecological environment to explore the spatial and temporal heterogeneity of Healthy City construction in China. Finally, the influencing factors of Healthy City construction patterns are explored using GeoDetector. RESULTS: (1) The pace of Healthy City construction is generally on the rise; (2) the construction of Healthy Cities exhibits significant global spatial autocorrelation and gradually increasing agglomeration. The spatial distribution of cold hotspot areas was relatively stable; (3) medical and health progress is an important factor; the level of economic development is the leading support; the endowment of resources and environment is the basic condition; public service support provides important support; and scientific and technological innovation capabilities provide technical support for the construction of a Healthy City. CONCLUSIONS: The spatial heterogeneity of Healthy City construction in China is evident, and the state of spatial distribution is relatively stable. The spatial pattern of Healthy City construction is shaped by a combination of factors. Our research will provide a scientific basis for promoting the construction of Healthy Cities and helping to implement the Health China Strategy.

RESUMEN

As the safety problems and economic losses caused by traffic accidents are becoming more and more serious, intelligent transportation system (ITS) came into being. After the outbreak of COVID-19, how to achieve effective traffic scheduling and macro command under less contact has attracted more attention. Therefore, the location estimation of traffic objectives is a key issue. In the developed framework, for the target parameter estimation in traffic, frequency diversity array multiple-input multiple-output (FDA-MIMO) radar is introduced into ITS, and tensor decomposition is used to process transportation big data (TBD) to improve the real-time performance of target location estimation. Unfortunately, spatial colored noise and array gain-phase error will affect the performance of FDA-MIMO radar in ITS. An algorithm that can solve the angle-range estimation problem of FDA-MIMO radar in the co-existence of array gain-phase error and spatial colored noise is proposed. Firstly, the four-dimensional tensor is constructed by using the temporal un-correlation of colored noise. Therefore, the influence of colored noise in ITS is removed. Secondly, the direction matrix containing target information is obtained by parallel factor (PARAFAC) decomposition. For the array gain-phase error, the optimization problem is constructed, and the Lagrange multiplier is employed to calculate the optimal solution. The effect of gain-phase error is eliminated by utilizing the optimal solution and the direction matrices. Finally, the location information of motor vehicle is achieved by calculating the solution of least square (LS) fitting. The developed scheme can achieve the location information of motor vehicles in the co-existence of array gain-phase error and spatial colored noise. Comprehensive numerical experiments illustrate that the developed scheme in ITS can efficiently obtain the location information of motor vehicles.

RESUMEN

The COVID-19 pandemic continues to influence every aspect of human life across the globe. It was reported that vascular angiogenesis of COVID-19 was elevated in patients with equally severe influenza virus infection. In this issue of AJNMMI, Farolfi et al. reported that there was lung uptake not related to prostate cancer in almost all COVID-19 patients who performed Ga-68-PSMA-11 PET/CT scans and most of the lung uptake lesions were matched with typical CT patterns of COVID-19. With the advantages of having various tracers for whole-body imaging, PET provides opportunities to study the mechanism of COVID-19 from different aspects and obtain patterns of extra-pulmonary lesions in COVID-19, which helps explore more effective treatments for the patients. This case series opened the door to many future studies. Furthermore, such a multi-national/multi-institutional collaboration in the pandemic truly encouraged us that science is indeed without borders.

RESUMEN

'Intelligent Furniture Design' is a course that introduces technological means to furniture design and keeps up with the times. This course is expected to equip students with expertise in furniture design and an in-depth understanding of furniture design assisted by intelligent means. Computer-aided distance or online teaching is an inevitable trend for future education. Online teaching of this course can help students understand the difference between intelligent products and ordinary products, find proper expressions to design intentions based on experiment data, and turn abstract ideas of intelligent design into tangible pieces of furniture. Different from other theoretical courses, the course 'Intelligent Furniture Design' is practice-oriented, despite its involvement of teaching of theories. The course is provided in 40 class hours, including theoretical lectures and practical operations. By attending this course, students can master the skills of using existing technology to solve design problems, and build a solid foundation for other forms of intelligent designs. © 2021 IEEE.

RESUMEN

During the prevention and control of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) epidemic, our hospital was a designated hospital for the treatment of COVID-19, and established the infection control system in the department of anesthesiology according to the clinical practice. The relevant staff of our hospital strictly followed the rules and procedures for operation, and no staff members were found to be infected by emergency surgical anesthesia performed in COVID-19 patients. The experience is summarized as follows: timely establishment and unified command of the emergency infection control management team in the department of anesthesiology;scientific formulation and dynamic improvement in comprehensive, systematic and feasible infection control strategies, norms and procedures;clear division of responsibilities and adequate management and supervision of infection control management team members;carrying out strict training of infection control, establishing a good awareness of infection control in the operating room, and implementing standard infection control procedures from the medical staff of the department to the cleaning staff. © 2020 Chinese Medical Association
